So very pleased with the initial contact with Angela to set up a meeting with Mr. Donnell. She was helpful and provided positive customer service! Equally impressed with the subsequent meeting with Mr. Donnell to determine yard needs and pricing. Very attentive to my needs and provided explanations and solutions to my yard needs. The crew that provided the work were prompt, diligent, took minimal breaks, tolerated my questions and were extremely courteous. I now have grass, a rock garden, limestone walkway, rock enhancements, new mulch in all beds and am looking forward to the spring for actual landscaping. I was pleased with the work and the requested follow-up visits. Mr. Donnell also provided assistance with drainage issues and directed me to Keith Phillips who corrected the problems and provided much needed assistance. Very pleased with Rockin’ D and the work provided with a personal commitment to please the customer! Looking forward to the spring for adding plants!

Plan was fulfilled as expected, with plenty of communication. Everyone was super nice. Looks great, grates installed in the driveway nicely, turf restored and new bushes to replace those that had to be dug out in service to the French drain aspect of the project. Sam took extra time to be sure the concrete was properly dried, which I appreciate. I’m anticipating the next major rain to see how the torrents of water are whisked away through the drains. Thank you.
